They microwave their bacon FYI. The rest of their food ranges from solid to so-so. Great coffee though.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the food and my cappuccino was not bitter at all! Stop next door for tea/ice-cream.

Don't be surprised if you can't get online after you sit down. Fido no longer offers Internet to their customers when it's "busy."

Despite the hype the hot chocolate is pretty blasé. Nothing different than you make at home.

Pros: the food is pretty good; Cons: the coffee is not great, and they arbitrarily shut down their wifi. There are better options in the neighborhood than Fido.

The veggie burger is one of the tastiest Nashville has to offer. Even my meat eating compadres enjoyed it.

The chistmas lights above the front door tells if the wifi is on or not. Lights off, no wifi...

Don't let the empty seats fool you- the line is probably stupidly long. This place has lots of promise that is ruined by the slow, inefficient counter service.

Don't plan to stay long. Fido's overcrowded ways often lead to their employees asking you to pack up early and find another spot in town.
