What isn’t good here?! Great group of knowledgeable butchers. Amazing quality ingredients. The balance of acid and the creamy avocado worked well. I ledt with a few bacon burgers too!

Check the freezer for freshly frozen game, and always ask if they have anything special that just came in, in the back.

The ground concoction is relatively dry and dense - not like some water-filled ground chuck you might get at the supermarket.
