keep a protein shake in a cool storage place, so you can enjoy it right after the workout.
Some one (idiot) changes the old "check-in" place and reset a nice memories..
Best gym around here if you are looking for quite and professional place to workout ..

Time your training with prayer time in mind. The gym stops for prayer... not complaining. Just plan around it.
AYMAN ALDABAS1월 18, 2015احد المشتركين لكن لا يرقى بمستوى نادي الراقي حيث عدة امور يجب معالجتها و تكلمت كثيرا مع الاداره دون جدوى ومن اهم النقاط وضع اعتبار و احترام للمشتركين
Nice location. Screens at the fitness hall machines needs maintenance. Friendly staff. Bit old machines, some require upgrade
النادي ممتاز لكن اجهزة اللياقة قديمة شوي. ميزته انه يفتح الصبح. المسبح مرررره كبير وطوله ٣٠ متر. مدرب السباحة عسل الصراحه اسمه محمد عبد العليم. دربني ولا يزال يدربني مررررره رهيب.
الفرع هذا على انه الفرع الاقرب للاداره الا انه فيه مشاكل كثير ومافي اهتمام بالقطع ، ولاتوجد فيه خدمات رياضيه حركيه مثل الكوره والسله وغيرها .
- ميزة النادي انه يفتح الصبح الساعه ٦ بالاضافة الى ان مدرب السباحة ممتازة مررررره 🏊.
