The staff is super friendly & vet services oriented. Great bar & good & gym is great . The breakfast is awesome. Beautifully redone a gem

Everything about this Hotel is amazing except the housekeeping of room. Missing toiletries, occasionally no toilet roll and black and pink mould growing in the bathroom. #housekeepingfail- Sam Brown4월 27, 2012The bar decor looks like a scene straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Head downstairs and hang a left, it's hard to find but when you do you'll be welcomed into a fantasy world with delicious drinks.

Steve Masiclat12월 1, 2013I won't stay again. I had a sweater & t-shirt laundered and they charged me over 120 pounds. Billing is confusing and designed to overwhelm you. Go across the street to the Hilton.
