Very cool, simple, cocktail bar. good Mezcal. A little hipster a little minimal. A superb sunset and Lovely company made it perfect.
Shimogamo has soul, the owner is present. The fish, the serving temperatures, the cuts, all the delicate details that sets real sushi apart.. This is really good. My 2nd time, perfect.
