Janet Perry2월 21, 2018They figured out to close the carts as you enter the store so you couldnt run out with stolen goods. Maybe its Vanier, maybe the people around there but not my first choice to go to.

Fruits and veggie section or the entrance nedds overhaul design. Lots of theft.
