Ann is a great manager and service is great! We love the new menu and great place for kids. No better ice cream.
Becca McPhee12월 22, 2013Our waitress was a drag: Didn't bring refills, didn't know her own menu, messed up the order, forgot sides. And we were her only table. Ugh. Very dissatisfied.
This place is finally getting real management! Hoping it will clean up fast!
I don't have anything good to say and there wouldn't be enough room here anyways. No wonder they are having financial troubles.

We are a company founded on ice cream but built around families. We opened our first Friendly's Ice Cream Shop in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1935. Come in and enjoy!
