Everything that a convention hotel usually is: soulless, drab and ridiculously overpriced. Particularly unnerving: in-room dining charges a mandatory gratuity of 20% AND a 21% service charge. Insane!

Since you're already at the hotel. Call Old Hickory and make a reservation! The GM is a swell guy!

Nice hotel, really nice interior design, but, there are not enough ramps for strollers and wheel chairs!

The water pressure is horrible in the shower! Beds are not that comfortable, but the hotel is gorgeous

Don't miss So-Raw Friday Night, 9/17 in SORA. Salmon-inspired sushi and great wines! It's right in the main lobby atrium!

Awesone hotel but everything food related is expensive, dont forget about delivery, pizza hut,dominos,jimmy john's half the price

make sure that you look at the digital signs installed to help direct traffic throughout hotel. Very nice place to bring the family :-)

Amazing hotel but don't stay by Sunset Sam's if you have kids. Loud people after hours kept us up LATE with their cackling and yelling.

Stayed twice now. Resort fees and parking are atrocious. Serious robbery there. Food is overpriced too. Great for kids, but wretched on the wallet.

Apparently "Sora" is Japanese for "always closed". It seems that when the hotel is below a certain occupancy, they will close this restaurant, not just early, but completely.

Skip the buffet. It used to be awesome but its just not worth $36. Everything was ok but out of over 20 things we tried, nothing was great.

Went to a convention here for a graduation and it was awful. They charged $18 for visitor parking and every single water cooler was empty and ignored by the staff. Terrible coffee is $4 though.

Parking here is a racket. Each exit from self-parking for nonguests costs $18, which for convention attendees can add up if you aren't staying here.
