I traffic a lot of coffee shops in the area. This is always the longest and most crowded wait by far.

Yeah... The iced latte rules on a 90 degree day. Go for the premium roast for a sweeter fruitier taste; regular blend for a nutty chocolatey flavor.

This place is all about the coffee. Two outdoor benches are the only place to sit down. But IT IS really good coffee.

Something about their beans feels dirty. This is a last resort. Iced coffee is the safest bet.
