Some coaches are excellent (Chuck Stumpf). Many seem like great athletes themselves, but aren't prepared to safely train novices who are not in great shape. Poor first aid training, observed twice.
Get in the best shape of your life. You can try classes for the first week for free.
Been to crossfit boxes all across the country, but this one, by far, has challenged me in ways that I wasn't used to.
