Lizzy Trail1월 10, 2016Super great and friendly staff. Tons of equipment and classes. Sad I had to move away and lose my favorite gym!
The child care is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and it didn't take my little guy (10 months old) long to start enjoying it!
Group fitness classes keep you motivated and engaged! Excellent staff and friendly! Love Sonja at the front desk!
Get there early for evening classes because they are usually very crowded...awesome staff and great classes!
Try a Groove Class or Zumba class with Cynthia... She is AWESOME! just make sure you get there early because her classes are usually PACKED!
