Good gym. Get there before 11 or after 1pm if you want a squat rack. It’s a bit dark for my taste but the upstairs cardio area is all windows.
Great gym for workers downtown and/or travel. Membership is good all over. And free tanning for $25!!
Check out the Cardio Theater in the back downstairs. It's always nice and cool for getting a run in!

Joe Amador7월 22, 2010Nice gym. One day visitor pass is pretty steep, $25. But worth it if you want a good workout. Hell, I'll spend way more on a night out and that does nothing for my health
Less busy later in the evening. Tons of equipment upstairs that can be easily overlooked.- Great gym... $10 for a year of parking, but beware that even though the garage says it will close at 8:00pm on the weekends, they really mean 7:30pm... :(

Most of the trainers seem more out of shape then most of the clientele here.
Don't plan on actually getting to use the free parking they lie to you about.
- Park somewhere else downtown because their "free parking" garage is a joke. Always full. Worst gym I've ever belonged to.
- Parking here is a nightmare. The garage people are clueless. How does this place stay open?!?
