Hugh tea and free flowing bubbles is great. Staff are generous and friendly
Nic Z5월 4, 2019Afternoon tea was good, but extremely overpriced if you want to have champagne (19£/glass). Many other options in London w/ equal quality offer champagne included. Had to wait 30 mins to get our bill.

salma alosaimi8월 7, 2015I would like to highlight that the cheesecake was below average. But, we had very bad experience with unreasonable and unacceptable addition of 12.5% as service charge and we asked them to remove it.

While they lose major points for having only wired internet in the rooms for $$ (get with the program and get free wifi, ugh), they've got a killer location and unbeatable rates on Priceline ($160!)- salma alosaimi8월 7, 2015المكان حلو والجيزكيك لذيذه بس مو الافضل (عاديه) بس كان في شي مستغرب في الفاتوره اضافة ١٢.٥٪ من قيمة الفاتوره لللخدمه كانت محسوبه وغير واضحه، ممكن انك ترفضها (تلغيها)

Paying £35 as a minimum charge per person in addition to what we had to pay for the order? I don't think a 5-stars hotel should do that! We ended up paying £150 for a £30 order!
