Harvelle’s media services is a division of harvelle’s entertainment corp., specializing in the production of film and video products specifically targeted at entertainers in the club and cabaret markets.

Hms offers an economic method for bands, as well as solo performers, to create their complete media package, including dvd’s, videos, electronic press kits, website development, live concert performances, logo design, graphics packages and more.

Hms offers a unique opportunity for emerging, as well as established artists, to create and produce high production value media packages that outperform the competition in this highly competitive market.

In the current emerging musical market many technological advances have come to the forefront allowing artists at all levels of their careers to create powerful tools in order to enhance their profile and secure engagements at a higher ratio than their competitors. Artists without benefit of these tools are at a distinct disadvantage when compared to those bands or musical acts that have access to these tools. Media Services‎: Sinc Sound Mix and Edit Package

Nthis package requires that the artist first purchase either the documentation or handheld video package. The performance would then be recorded, utilizing harvelle’s 16 track recording capabilities and mixed by a sound engineer. At a later date the video and audio materials will be taken to the post-production facility and there they will be digitized, brought into sinc and exported to a mini-dv video tape master.

Red room records recording services

Located in santa monica since 1931, harvelle’s night club is a musical institution in which redroom records has been newly founded. Combining the room’s distinctive tonality, a 24 track digital recording studio, and a knowledgeable staff, your bands demos, albums, or live albums will be breathed into life at a competitive rate. Booking Policy

To keep cancellations and stress to a minimum, a 50% deposit of the estimated charge is required in advance to secure a booking. If a deposit is not received in a timely manner, your booking could go to someone else. Cancellation policy the studio operates by reserving time to recording artists and musicians. In order to reserve time at redroom records, you must pay a 50% deposit in advance of the session, to show that you are serious and that you will show up for the session in a timely manner. If it becomes necessary to cancel a session, and if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the deposit can be used towards rescheduling a new session. There will be no cash refunds. No shows and cancellations within the 48 hour time frame will result in a loss of the deposit.
