Easy to be skeptical of this place, as it checks off every box on the hipster locavore checklist (tattooed chef holding carrots, cocktail pairing, "provisions" in the name) but it is really excellent!
Laurissa6월 25, 2016BEST meal I had in Seattle. Sit at the kitchen bar so you can watch the magic happen. Beet salad was fantastic and the wagyu steal was insane. A perfect evening.
Greg Davidson5월 2, 2018The Original Provision - wagyu beef jerky is a good start with a glass of wine. Recommend the pairing with each of the selections. Yellowtail pairing was perfect.
