In a hurry when checking back in? Let them know and they may give you a ride to the terminal, or at least let you leave the keys and go

They’ll even drive you personally to the airport, so you don’t have to wait for the bus... only location I’ve ever found that does this

Agree that they are friendly but slow. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Gold and downstairs as when I got up there someone else was driving off in the car they gave me. They fixed it in minutes.

Slowest shuttle to the Terminal of all time. Allow plenty of extra time to get to the drop-off.

If a GOLD, don't be afraid to ask for a Free upgrade if you don't like the car selected.

Don't even think about renting a car here..Many better options that I've used here. Made a reservation and they don't have any cars available. Called customer service line and not helpful either.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! THEY ARE THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BAR NONE! THEY GIVE YOU BROKEN CARS AND DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. THEY MANAGERS ARE INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING!

Next to SFO, the worst Hertz location ever. Gold or not, do not expect customer service of any sort.
