Scott W4월 1, 2015Make sure you make a reservation. I tried to make a reservation for today and they said no need. Then went for dinner and it was an hour and a half wait and they said you should have made a reservatio- Everything is delicious but the Whiskey Cider braised short ribs are my absolute favorite!

There is only one high chair available at High West; it's a whiskey distillery after all.
