Terror Risk3월 18, 2015Grand and nice old hotel located near Sarawak River. Swift and efficient check in. Luxurious room to international standard. The downside - they charge guest WiFi fir s fee instead of Free-Of-Charge.

HK John1월 26, 2016Free wifi but have to join the loyalty program. Hhonors. Thankgod joining is free but it is a hassle. Ohhh marketing hell/genius/prick. Room is great. The view is great. Haven't eat the breakfast yet.
Good service, good food in the Waterfront cafe. Free wifi. Unfortunately we got a room facing the pool and not the river view. Room was a bit dated and in need of updating. Charge for extra bed.
My laundry is so wangi!!! Very friendly staff and good service, even their room service also not bad👌

The rooms have been refurbished! And they've improved on customer service, checking now and then if we're doing fine. Had the best stay here. Clubroom newly renovated. So are the rooms on the 2nd,3rd,4th,12th and 13th Floor. Stay there. Perfect river views.

5th Floor after renovation.. At last, flat screen tv... Nice river view and can see the Sarawak DUN building..
Now i can charge my phone next to my bed! YeaY!! Love the new room!

Malino Muji9월 17, 2013One Receiption guy not friendly.no berus n ubat gigi in the room.elevator only 4, my room is quite far towards the end...ironing board is bumpy and look so old, never been replaced, wifi is very bad
They should give free wifi in the room instead at the lobby. Most hotels now provide that. At least a free Internet access in the room. Sigh.
