The desk staff is accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff is hit or miss depending on who is working. They are remodeling the hotel so the new rooms should be alot nicer then the current plain 1s- Feels very much like home. Great rooms, nice staff and complementary wine during the week!

Friendly staff. Clean, beautiful rooms. Small town feel in the big city. We stay here often and always get an upgrade for the same price!
