Peter Giese3월 9, 2018Good service and clean. Somewhat loud neighbar hood with Brend's restaurant near by. Please miss out some of the streets nearby like Ellis - frustrating neighborhood
Steffen Bornhoft3월 22, 2017Small but ok room, clean and with water and coffee. Location is good to explore San Francisco but not one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Rooms are quite noisy if you are unlucky with neighbors.

- E Brill8월 15, 2018Have had a wonderful experience from the modern rooms to the awesome lighting. Jeff is an amazing associate. He was helping every person that walked through the door.
- Small but great as a place to rest up and enjoy the city. Not too expensive; be aware that the area is full of unhomed people and you may witness a drug deal. But the hotel does not feel unsafe.
- Melva8월 22, 2018Front desk was very helpful in getting a shuttle and also with questions. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities.

"Love the toiletries here, vv green and energy responsible hotel... Service is good too. Starbucks next door. Free wifi. No restaurant or bar in the place. Very unusual, boutique and quirky... LOVE IT"
