Grab an electrolyte packet after class if you get cramps during your practice, they're the best! They have then on hand for cheap. :)
If you're even 1min late they won't let you in. Wasn't told that when I bought classes and had to learn the hard way. My studio in NYC is much more strict&they allow if a few mins late
