Isaac Nelson7월 8, 2012The old building is in bad shape. The balcony railings shake, the beams holding up the roof are shaky, one is even cracked, the bathrooms have no fan, bad lighting, and old tubs, $14 parking extra fee

We reserved a deluxe king room online and were told none remained. They gave us a standard queen in the old building, would not reduce our rate, $14 parking

Cris Fisher5월 24, 2011Don't book ahead -- we reserved a deluxe room w/bayside view & got a standard w/no balcony & a view of the back building. They claimed they had no rooms left & refused to refund the difference!
