Great Hotel... the staff and accommodations are superb. Breakfast is sooo delicious . Great eggs and waffles made while you wait. The rest of the Buffett is delicious and well displayed .
shane murray2월 6, 2014The Hyatt has several attractions, including the famous Pineapples outside bar. Great food, frozen drinks, and an incredible view of the Newport bridge and various yachts.

We stayed on the Captain's Quarters on the 3rd floor. The walls are paper thin. it sounded like the people in the room next door were talking in our room. We could hear everything - even the bathroom.

Carolyna Z8월 7, 2014Please make sure you call to check on your reservation before you get there. They tend to give away your room EVEN THOUGH you made a reservation. ALL STAFF THERE IS VERY RUDE!!!! Never going back.

Anna1월 1, 2014Stay was ok except the fact that at New Year's Eve they closed the bar at 12.30 and called the police to oust those who decided to stay in a lobby for chatting. That was not customer oriented at all.

"Sometimes the line at checkin can be long with only 1 person working the front, but super accommodating and friendly staff. Had 2 rooms, 1 perf, 1 w/o working heat. Otherwise great stay, will return!"
