Love it!! The workouts are challenging, different everyday and fun. The instructors are always upbeat and I lost 13lbs in a month. What's not to love ♥️💪🏼

Intense and invigorating workout. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is CLEAN and well-managed. Bring your own towel, BUT there's locker room "extras" such as shampoo and shower gel.
