Bryan Irace: This is off the beaten path and probably not worth trekking to if you don’t happen to be in the neighborhood, but this was right near our hotel and we loved the traditional food and homemade beer.
Bryan Irace: One of the cooler places we saw on the trip. A monastery that brews there own beer (and serves good food, as well). Also serves as a small albeit interesting museum to walk through.
Bryan Irace: We tried to go to Mlejnice around the corner, but it was crowded, so ended up here. More traditional Czech food which we loved. Get the smažený sýr (a big mozzarella stick eaten with a knife and fork)
Bryan Irace: Plan to spend a few hours over here, walking around the castle. You can see a bunch of it for free but there's also at least one paid tier that gives you access to more exhibits.
Bryan Irace: Can’t speak to the hotel itself but we had lunch up top. Food was mediocre but provides a great view of the square and the astronomical clock.
