If a friend thinks it's a good idea to buy all the bar girls a drink, and/or order a bottle of Sambuca - probably a good time to hail a Tuk-Tuk.
Great for a few beers at sunset - but the 3 dishes we tried were mediocre: rojak had rock hard you tiao; Penang char kwey tiao was bland; the popiah was flavourless and came dunked in glutinous gel.
