Ed Doyle6월 10, 2015If you're not a member you should be. I like this place. Be heart smart workout and eat right and after losing 20 pounds I fell great and so will you.
Great group of people working out in the early morning. Enjoy seeing my friends every day!
Fitness classes are terrific here. I recommend Group Power, Fit 60, Yoga, and Cycle.
You can go here even if you are not a member. Its $10 per person for a full day pass.
