Every skewers great but neck is the must. And smoke cheese. After everything, you must close with sea urchin rice.
Specialized for wild turtle. Dinner course is great but a bit high end. Lunch is reasonable and you can enjoy Japanese style risotto with rich soup of wild turtle.

Order seasonal reco fishes. They have best mackerel (saba and aji) or sardine (iwashi) sushi. Seared cod milt (shirako yaki) should never missed. Don't get satisfied just with salmon or tuna.
Cheap but good quality eat in Ginza. Hard to find. Go inside small lane next to Mergellina. Ask lunch set (teisyoku) with tofu and chicken soup (tori tofu). Comes with only specific tataki sashimi set
Hatsu-Moto. Flavorful and crispy outside then full of jus at every bite. This is one of best chicken skewer restaurants in Tokyo and this skewer is why you keep coming back this place.
