Great "nose to tail" kind of restaurant. Always crowdy. But if you come around five or six you get a seat by the long bar, which is actually the best since you can look at the chefs doing there thing.
One of the best restaurants in Sweden... And the bistro is not expensive at all (fine dining is highly priced, but fairly so).
