The fiskgryta (fish soup) is the highest quality in the market, and the räksallad (shrimp salad) is made quickly from scratch. The attention to detail and freshness is amazing.
Fatoush and Simon know their way around food and wine and keep the energy up in this seasonally changing restaurant (we visited during aprhrodite with power ballad music to match). A must visit!
Try the ginger latte (but go for the smaller purple size)! Refreshing and energizing (and coming to an international airport terminal near you evidently)
