Was really good for the price. Cleaned and a friendly staff. Has a good view from upper floors. Pool was good but too crowded. ☺

Very good services! Warm welcome from Sanjay the residential manager and Adrian the elite membership officer. Way much better than Marriott Sydney Harbour. Thumbs up!

Lovely staff, newly refurbished hotel with an amazing pool which allows u to swim amongst the tropical fish. Coming back!

Before re-blanding and upgrading "J.W." in 2020, Previously this hotel was Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. While exterior of this hotel is a little bit obsoleted, interior is not bad.

Quite dated. Very much the resort vibe over run by kids. Watch out for the water dragons by/in the pool. Whilst they are not harmful they can take you by surprise.
