    Rooms on cove side do not get relentless heat from sun in the afternoon (also don't get beautiful sunsets, so that's a trade-off). We are here for 50 days, so we just walk to see the sunset.

    Fantastic view stayed in room 416 which was secluded and has an amazing view of the ocean and pool. I loved every minute of our stay at the resort.

    Beach coves on its doorstep, Japanese buffet available, lovely place to relax for a holiday and wander down to the local shops.

    When headed to the lagoon, take a right and walk to the end of the path. Then take the smaller walkway down to a "secret" beach. Perfect spot to watch the sunset.

    Every Thursday evening, check out the Fia Fia Show. Chief Sielu Avea leads a very entertaining Polynesian revue. You may even end up on stage! And the food in ono (delicious)!

    My choice over the Aulani in this area. Rooms are beautiful and large. Buffett Breakfast was amazing. True Resort feel.

    The service is great. Free Internet! A private beach just for the guests and it is really really luxurious. Check out the pool at night!

    Cellular Internet better on hotel's east side. Spent 10 days on west side; my Verizon MiFi didn't connect. Moved to east side, got 4G LTE. AT&T also better on east. Hotel wifi is slower than MiFi.

    If you do want to get around, best way would be to rent a car. Otherwise.. U stay here at the resort!

    For a nice shoreline walk, take the 1.5 mile path past Aulani and back. Gorgeous!

    隣のアウラニは子供が多くて賑やかですがこちらは静かで大人の雰囲気です。ロビー先にエイや熱帯魚がいて人が近付くと寄ってきます。

    remember to get your parking validated. it's a whopping $35 to valet here and the car valets are not nice. no aloha from them

    Valet and self parking is FREE here when you eat at the restaurants and get your ticket validated. Can't beat that.

    Big property I'm on the 12 floor I have to walk all the way by the elevators on my floor for goursquares to work ...... Even if I sit outside on the lani it doesn't work
