How is it that there are 10 names on the board and 50 people in line... Biggest pet peeve people in line when their names is not on the board and then when you get close they say " go ahead"

Dont bother trying to get an answer (or ANY help whatsoever) from the "nice" ladies behind the counters. They are worse than useless.
