Must-visit Food in Ames

Katie Hunt: This place definitely tops Coldstone as the best ice cream place in Ames! It's cheap and the wedding cake flavor is literally to-die for.

Katie Hunt: Love the coupon on the back of HyVee receipts. Buy a pizza and get the same size Smotherella sticks for free! The delivery guys never ask for the coupon either so reuse the same one over and over!

Katie Hunt: The BEST place on campus, especially for studying

Katie Hunt: Love the wings, but also love the parmasean garlic chicken flatbread!

Katie Hunt: I've heard Hickory Park called the best bbq "ever" by someone in town from Seattle. There's nothing on the menu that isn't delicious, but be sure to save room for dessert!

Katie Hunt: On Wednesdays, you can get a dozen bagels for $6. Can't beat it!
