Spacious rooms with comfy beds. The waterpark is very large and has a brand new floor. The arcade is kid-friendly. The shops and restaurants are good too. The prices are pretty good for a resort.

Very nice especially if you have little ones :) it was VERY crowded just chilling in the lazy river with my family but fun. Really wish they had an outdoor pool! Great shuttle service to 6 flags.

Gets very crowded on the weekends. If you have little ones, go during the week or early in the morning. Perfect area for the younger crowd with shallow water and age appropriate slides.

To escape the crap fast food if you can drive a half block go to Royal Thai on Grand Ave. It is just east of the water-park almost directly across from Great America. Everything is wonderful!!

This place is great, we extended our stay another day even! Found most things reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful!

We got a groupon discount on our weekend getaway. Average waterpark. The inside is pretty nice. A lot of places to eat in here. Kids loved the waterpark.

ROCKIN' hotel...worth the splurge! So much to do, amazing indoor water park, huge arcade to play games, awesome food.

Lots of stuff for everyone to do here! Spa, Arcade, great shops, and, of course, the waterpark. A 'tropi-cool' paradise in the Midwest!

It's okay. Went with my 1 yr old. Not too much or too little. Waterpark is small but still fun! Lots of food but expensive. No coffee filters in room. Liked that our room was down the hall from us.

The prices weren't bad. Food was just ok. They advertise free wifi but my wife & I were both unable to connect our iPhones and our notebooks. This place was a good 2 hours of fun. 2 out of 5 stars.

Warm pools, tubes, games and a lot of restaurants, shops and fun. Nice people work here.

Pack your allergy meds if you stay overnight and you are allergic to dust/dust mites. Other than that I had a great time at this kid friendly resort.

I like the place only for the little ones. Price is crazy. I'd rather pay the same amount at Wilderness at the Dells and get more.

Have issues EVERY TIME we come here. This time we got OVER CHARGED on our room. They charged an extra night PLUS an unknown $300 for a total result of $986 that over drew the account!!!!

Took 45 mins to check in because we didn't have the card we paid with with us cause we already paid online. Yet they weren't going to refund the money, even though they thought it might be fraud!

Door lock needs new batteries so it won't let us in, pool closes at 9pm, paid $450+ for a "weekday bargain" on a suite and no one around to help. 5price tag, 1quality. . GO TO WI DELLS KALAHARI!!

Make sure to check your bill before you leave. There was a charge on ours for 130.59 for a dinner we never ate. Terrible customer service/ management.
