Very nice ryokan with good food & service and cozy baths, especially the private and outdoor ones. Dinner was great both in the dining hall and the room.
They have tablet computers for orders, English translation available. Free refills of miso, cabbage, rice, vegetables.
Not as great as Remms in Tokyo but still a very good hotel. It's a bit far from station but the Tenmonkan shopping street is nearby. Ask for the extra pillows!
Menu was available in English. Our shabu-shabu course was 2000¥ and included beef, pork, vegetables, rice, ramen noodles and 1 soft drink. iPad was used for ordering. We even got a Kumamon gift bag!
