Justin Yang5월 25, 2012Didn't get upgraded as they said I'm already in a suite? Gave me something out of the guilty pleasure box instead, kinda lame.
The upgrade checkin for 4 square is useless... carl the front desk guy is rude and indifferent to repeat customers... don't waste your money at this hotel
