Nader Krenshi3월 26, 2019Domestic terminal needs an upgrade, even though it has some good coffee shops but still it’s small, crowded, and only 6 gates for more than 4 companies to utilize.
Operators need to understand that good service is about addressing needs. Not new and old. Try to minimize your interactions at the airport. Do not expect to get your needs addressed.
Mishal Fatima1월 6, 2019Also tip for coming to Umrah, only bring carry on luggage. I spent 3 hours here because they did not direct us onto the right bus and our luggage was left at the other terminal.

Everytime I'm here some angry passenger is fighting with the airport staff. All due to lack of organization and the airport being way over its capacity.
If you need the wheelchair services just ask the check-in desk employe before print the boarding.

في كل زيارة لي لهذا المطار يزداد سوءًا. مش معقولة تيرمينال كامل مافيه الا دورة مياه وحده! Don’t even get me started on the restroom’s dirt. I would rather have my kidney blown than using it.

During busy evenings you can find emlty chairs by gate 6 at domestic terminals.
Usually luggage are at the belt by the time you get from passports area.. but it's not the case here... might wait for an hour 😡
The aquarium is really soothing to watch while waiting for your driver. 😊

Mashalla improvement in the local terminals. Hopefully the services get better as well.

موظفات السوق الحرة يفتقروا لآداب التعامل مع الناس. الموظفة اقول لها ابغى اتأكد من محتوى العلبة تقول ممنوع فتحها. وعند المحاسبة اوراق سجلات البيع حقتها كلها على الكاونتر ما في محل احط شي. يحتاجوا توعية

Super Quality Laundry8월 7, 2017أسوء المطارات في العالم إنتبه تكون لك رحلة ترانزيت هنا !! صالة صغيرة ولا يوجد مطاعم وادارة المطار تعلن عن الرحلات بشكل مزعج وتنادي ايضا على الاشخاص الذين عليهم سرعة القدوم للطائرة
اود التنويه لكل المتجهين الى المدينه والقصيم لهذا الاسبوع بان هناك فيه مطبات هوائيه عظيمة فحاولو لا تاكلو عشان ماتسترجعو ❤️

A clean well-organised airport, but not that fantastic. Some of its gates are still under renovation, without much services offered! It's OK, but not that fancy!
القديم تجربته سيئة، لكن الجديد راح يقلب الموازيين للعالمية بإذن الله .. ✈️
