Spela P. Hardy9월 20, 2018It is my favorite restaurant in Basel. They serve food all day, and they have great appetizers - you can choose 2-5 different dishes. Feuerkuchen are delicious! Did i mention great value? Thumbs up!
Their version of the Alsatian's Flammekueche with various toppings. Also Kohlmann's Prosecco with Elderflower cordial, fresh lemon, red berries & some mint leaves. great atmosphere, good food even if there is a lot of meat. they just introduced a vegi alternative which is great :-) service could be faster and more obliging. watch out if the coffee is hot enough
The flammkuchens (called here feuerkuchen) - kind of "pizza", traditional from Alsace - are the best in the menu. Oha! Since a view month they have a Della Corte and a "grinding on demand " grinder. The Cappuccino is excellent!! CONGRATULATIONS KOHLMANNS/WOMEN- Best Place in town for Flamkuchen with Creme freche, bacon & unions(19 CHF!) Not a cheap place..
