They did a great job with my German knife. It came back sharper than when I got it from the factory and sharp enough to shave with. They even asked which hand I used.

I got there to buy a gift knife to my dad. Stuff is really helpful, manager is knowledgeable, you feel the trust on the good that you buy.

Wonderful attentive staff. Great store for profsssional & hand forged knives, tea sets, Japanese cookware. Fun to watch them sharpen my chefs knife by hand.

need binchōtan? and a table top grill to use it in? tako yaki pan? binchōtan starter basket? smashproof crystal? crazy japanese kitchen knives? they have it all. also a guy that sharpens knives.
