Wait staff seems to have undergone some training. Very nice experience. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit backed up, and wait staff was most apologetic.
I make it a point to eat here when I'm in Des Moines for events. Reasonably priced food and great service. Fantastic place for lunch... but get here early!
If you can't find a beer you like in this establishment, then you should be "suds-free" in your alcohol consumption. The food is pretty good too!!!!
Food options have been greatly curtailed lately. Buffet seldom open - breakfast weekends only. Steakhouse is only open Fr. & Sat. Brew Brothers limited hours. No full breakfast available most days.
