French toast named "pain perdu" (meaning "lost bread") was traditionally prepared in the south of france on easter feast days

We serve 100% free range, no antibiotic, no hormone eggs from glaum farms. Served with choice of whole wheat or sourdough. Add ementhal cheese $2.50. Add goat cheese $3. Substitute baguette or levain toast, add $1.50. Substitute gluten free toast add $2.50

All omelets are prepared with three eggs cooked soft style (homefries may be substituted for provencales tomatoes)

No substitutions please as each dish has been carefully crafted to insure quality and consistency

all sandwiches are served with tossed greens in our house dijon vinaigrette

served over rosemary flavored couscous, sprinkled with parmesan

All sides of cheeses or paté ($4) - french bleu d'auvergne, pyrenées, french brie, mousse de paté

With bechamelle and greens. Add an egg $1.50

Bagnats are open face provencal sandwiches served on warm rustic french rolls. Served with provencal tomatoes with choice of mixed greens or rosemary fries. With ementhal cheese and caramelized onions add $2.50. With bleu d'auvergne (french blue cheese) add $2.50

Add two poached eggs $3, add merguez sausage $5.50.
