Hotel excelente - bem localizado, organizado, limpo e quartos c bastante espaço. Plan to have drinks at the rooftop bar (w/EmpireState Building views).

If you do parking be aware they expect cash to pay to the parking garage. Or you can walk down to corner of 32 and broadway and pay by credit card at the garage.

- I have never found the front desk people anything but gracious. Even when I got upset over something. Be nice to then and they will do anything for you

Hate it here. Vacuums in the middle of the night/morning and you can here EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you and above you. Also very dirty and cramped. Never will stay here again.- ask for one of the "12" rooms. 512, 612 etc. Larger and better configured than other King rooms

The loyalty special doesn't work. After checking in 7 times, my special hasn't been unlocked. Promises promises...
Woman at front desk is incredibly rude. She gets briefly better (noticeably forced) when the manager is around. I can't believe that I am paying to be treated so poorly.
