12 February: Opened in January 1984 by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, it is an internationally sized ice rink, which can host over a thousand skaters and spectators.
Sunday is the best day. Less people so no waiting for machines and the vibe is good. Plus they open late unlike saturday where they close at 5pm.
Comparatively to all the outdoors ice rinks, Streatham Ice bears them all! Particularly on wet rainy day. 2h skating for £6.50 is a bargain!
A bunch of more artisan stuff in a food court like setting. Look around a little before deciding so you don't regret your choice later!

My best cheap eat in London! Make sure to sit at the bar and grab a mixed shawarma and spicy lebanese salad - washed down with a glass of lebanese red win. You'll be amazed!
Great lebanese restaurant with belly dancers during the meal. Quite loud music during the entertainment but a great atmosphere. The £28 set menu is really filling so order wisely!

12 January: Winter never comes to the Palm House, which since 1848 has been home to exotic palms and plants collected from around the world. Down in the darkened basement there is a marine display.

If you have Oyster, then you can travel either to Tower Bridge or Westminster for £4. It takes 20 to Tower Bridge and 50 minutes to Westminster. The journey is truly nice!
