Poor service, bartenders attending customers during brunch, a bit of an attitude in the air-Slow service and quite expensive for quality received food is ok but not great, tons of better options in NY

They forgot to put in our order and called it a "miscommunication with the kitchen." Don't spin me. Good food and nice ambiance otherwise. :/

Horrible service! Waited for over 20 minutes to place our order, 15 minutes later the press of coffee came out, was spilled and they told us we'd have to wait for the mugs to get cleaned.

Staff doesn't understand what vegan food means. They will however try to accommodate, albeit unenthusiastically. Oh, the coffee is atrocious.

Found a nice sized piece of plastic in a Frittata, the restaurant was not concerned. Otherwise brunch was decent but not worth the price.

Terrible hosts - every time they try to sit me at the bar when 50% of tables are empty, then try the worst table, then don’t give me breakfast at it‘s 11:01 all round “client is wrong” attitude.

Horrible service. Waited 15 min for waiter to take our order after trying to flag him down. Disappeared the rest of the 1.5 hrs we were there. Fire alarm went off twice, wrong bill was brought over
