If you want to try a new work out, you should definitely check out squash. The courts are next to the basketball courts in the back. The activity desk also has rackets to borrow.
check out the rockwall, it's a great alternative workout and the staff is BOMB. :)
Looking for a trainer who works well with all ages and body types? Jenny Galla is the best!
Do Boot Camp!! It kicks your butt but is totally worth it! Great workout!
Avoid the water fountain near the elevator, luke warm. The ones near the back machines are much colder!- Need an awesome trainer, see Kristen. Oh and consider Triathlon training with here!
