Ducks are a great novelty. The rooms are a little out of date...old TVs, small amount of channels. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean.
Eric R.5월 3, 2013THE DUCKS ARE GONE NOW THAT MARRIOTT HAS TAKEN OVER. THE NEW MANAGEMENT ARE A BUNCH OF JERKS. IT'S LIKE THE CLASS OF THE PEABODY GOT REMOVED WHEN THE NEW LOGO WENT UP OUTSIDE. VERY SAD.

Duck parades no longer occur since this hotel (it was the Peabody) is now a Marriott.

Leslie Travis10월 7, 2010Possibly the worst customer service ever at a "luxury" hotel. If you don't mind having to search for the valet & concierge and random, unknown hours for the bar you'll love this place!
