Hertz

선택한 팁

• Of your name is not on the gold board be prepared to wait and experience one of the most unorganized and worst customer service there is

  Andrew Rowe

• Don't show up at Hertz asking for a rental if you're on fire. They have major issues with open flame regardless of what their bright yellow uniforms and hair extensions imply.

  Hal Kirkland

• 50+ people in line and 3 people working at midnight. Oh, youve been on a 6 hr flight? Whatever. Welcome to LA.

  Jen V

• Being a AAA member gives you a fantastic rate & free upgrade

  Tanya Tate

• Do not come here. The people who work here are VERY shitty.

  Mike Essl

• The service here is truly terrible. Be prepared to queue over an hour for your car.

  James Gilbey

• Huh. No big lines, attitude, or wait times. Everyone was super nice.

  Vanessa

• Would have used the quicker self service kiosk but they were all broken. Long line instead.

  Emily B

• Prepare for misery if you come on a Friday or Saturday. Severely understaffed and the kiosk line moves slower.

  Benjamin Roodman

• Do not hold this photo up to the sales clerks and say "I need one that can do this!". You'll end up with a lawnmower powered Fiat. Which are disastrous for wheelies and impressing ladies below 89 yrs.

  Hal Kirkland

• Avoid their new self-service express option unless NO ONE is in line. Their new process makes TSA look like an express lane.

  Lindsey Mastis

• Total shit show to drop off a car. Leave a lot of time

  shannan

• Been here 3x in the past 5 weeks and my name is never on the board. Long lines at gold counter. Ridiculous. Get your shit together, Hertz.

  JessC ⚓

• Worst. Hellish. Employees cannot locate a reserved car, don't know the wait time, give you a different car for more money and have a "not my business" attitude. Ruined my first impression of LA

  Siwon Kim

• Thnx god for my Gold membership.

  Janis Dzenis

• Dropping a car is easy. Remember your mileage, leave your keys in the vehicle, and use the kiosk near the airport busses. Prints your receipt in a few seconds.

  Sean Meehan

• Get the volvo s80

  SR

• Do yourself a favor. NEVER rent from here. Waited 2 hours in line. When we went to get our car, it wasn't in the spot. Still waiting.... no discounts or apologies. Ridiculous!

  Ashling I

• If you love waiting, you'll love this place. Crappy and slow "service".

  Jeroen

• I dare you to find a worse rental car location

  Tim Driessen

• They will drive your rental car with you in it straight to the terminal if you are running late. For free! Ask for Art and tip him for being so kind.

  JessC ⚓

• The waiting time is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

  Haroldo Fiuza Júnior

• Horrible customer service!!! Be prepared to wait an hour in line with no compensation or regard for your time. Not to mention a $200 hold. Go Enterprise.

  Xtina Fina

• Over an hour long wait with a reservation. Customer service is not their priority :(

  Jen Kersey

• The least painful car rental experience ever. Be sure to sign up for their Gold Members program - FREE - and your rental car is waiting for you. No need to go to the pickup line.

  Daniel L.

• The rep was nice, but the wait was awful for a car I had already paid for online. It was not clear that I could use the kiosk, I thought it was just for making a reservation. What a waste of an hour.

  Brett Friedman

• Ask For Tee she Rox the casbah

  Lucid Routes Katie W.

• Budget for at least an hour - kiosk's dont work, long line to rent and then guess what - no cars. So your wait can potentially be infinite.

  Maja Milicevic

• Well, you should only rent from this location if you'd like to wait for your car for 45 mins with an attitude from staff.

  Jenn

• Don't come here
