These people take forever to rent you a car! On the upside they are very friendly.
We have a reservation pre paid and now we are waiting 1+ hours, 50 minutes to get to the counter and I don't know how much else because they don't have an available car! Hertz, never again!
Great Job as always! I read the bad comment and want to let you know that has never been my experience with Hertz. Great service-start to finish! I am a gold member and will continue to use Hertz
Military mbrs beware. If you are PCSing in & still have an APO credit card billing address, hertz will not be able to process your payment. Whether it is incompetence or software issues, IDK.
What the fuck is wrong with you asshats!?! I've been a gold member for over eight years and have never seen such a clusterfuck. And to top it off the workers are moving like pond water.
They wanted $15 per day for the GPS. Even a basic map enabled us to get around the basically grid patten of the Tampa Bay.
I'm reminded why I use Gold service! The regular line is out the door.....
Longest line ever, we prepaid for the car and waited 45+ min just to get tithe counter. Not what I want to do on the first day of my vacation. To bypass the line you have to get their Gold membership

Incredibly pushy about the add-ons, makes you wonder if they are working on commission rather than customer convenience.
Don't go here. Horrible service for us and only 2 cars on a Saturday. Go to the other side of 301 to Enterprise
The manager Julian, was a jerk. Going on about your life & interest won't distract me from the fact I had to wait 1hr 4 my reserved car & ur lies about not being able to return at another location.
Very nice staff. Great customer service.- Don't waste your time calling ahead for drop off service. Chances r another location is answering the phone and they will give you the wrong info. Told they opened at 7:30 but they don't til 8am
