A Al Khayari1월 19, 2016Stayed in room #836. King size bed, Nice big pillows. Was very cold & windy and the room window was howling some times during the night. Shower leaked (needs replacement) nice for quick rest 🔑

11th floor concierge lounge is very comfortable, well stocked with many choices and the staff is outstanding.

If you intend to have a nap in the afternoon, forget it. Lots of slamming doors with keep you awake.

The breakfast is incredible, the rooms are comfortables and the food at the restaurant is a little expensive but very good.
The rooms at the 1st and 2nd floors are real hot. Although they have a "view" to the swimming pool, I personally don't recommend them.
There are only 2 laundry machines so 1 hotel guest can wash 1 load for his whites and 1 colored, all other guest use the hotel's laundry service. :p
- Very secured place. Awesome room service order selections, quite expensive though.

do NOT get a room without an exterior window. our room had NO a/c and was unbearable even in December. it overlooked the pool and was awful.
